Bob Chew adds $1.5 million to Colorado Senate ad campaign

Colorado Politics reports that Forward Party U.S. Senate nominee Bob Chew has booked an additional $1.5 million in television, digital and radio advertising through the ballot deadline. Chew is running against Democratic U.S. Sen. John Hickenlooper and Republican nominee state Sen. Mark Baisley.

According to Chew’s campaign, the new buy includes statewide digital and streaming ads, television advertising in the Denver and Colorado Springs markets, radio ads and planned virtual town halls. Hickenlooper’s campaign disputed Chew’s portrayal of himself as an independent candidate.
