Colorado Politics reported that Sabato’s Crystal Ball shifted the 8th Congressional District race held by U.S. Rep. Gabe Evans from toss-up to leans Democratic and moved U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert’s 4th District race to leans Republican. The nonpartisan University of Virginia project made the changes in an update covering 28 House rating shifts. The 8th District includes parts of Weld County, while the 4th includes Loveland and the Eastern Plains.
