Colorado Public Radio reports that Eileen Laubacher, a retired U.S. Navy rear admiral and first-time candidate, is running as a Democrat in Colorado’s 4th Congressional District. The district includes the Eastern Plains and Front Range counties of Douglas, Weld, Larimer and Adams.
Laubacher told CPR News she would prioritize affordability, rural health care, immigration reform and government oversight.
