BizWest reports that the Greeley City Council plans to meet in executive session Tuesday for legal advice about Windsor’s request that Greeley reconsider its annexation of 325 acres in the Great Western Industrial Park. Windsor’s filing is a required step before it can pursue legal action, according to the report.
The Weld County Board of Commissioners approved a special-review permit for GlobalAI Cloud Inc. to build and operate a data center at the former Carestream Health facility. Windsor’s motion alleges that Greeley’s annexation and impact report do not meet state requirements, including provisions concerning municipal services. Those allegations have not been resolved in court.
