According to the Greeley Tribune, the Greeley City Council voted 4-3 to authorize up to $95 million in certificates of participation for a new City Hall within the Downtown Civic Campus. The financing is expected to carry annual payments of up to $8.4 million from 2027 through 2046. The project also includes Weld County and Greeley-Evans School District 6, with construction planned for late 2026 and City Hall completion estimated in 2028.
