About Jason Marini…
Jason Marini has called Colorado home for nearly 30 years and has lived in Weld County for the past 15. With deep roots in the community, Jason understands the values and priorities that matter most to Weld County families.
Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Wabash College and later completed a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University. His career began in banking, where he learned the importance of financial responsibility—a principle that has guided him throughout his life.
His interest in real estate led him to become a licensed appraiser in 2000, and he eventually founded Marini Appraisal Services. In 2018, Jason joined the Weld County Assessor’s Office as Chief Deputy Assessor, earning his Certified General Appraiser designation and leading collaborative valuation efforts across Colorado counties. Through this experience, Jason knows what it means to serve a community and understands the impact accurate property valuations have on families, businesses, and essential local services.
Jason believes in giving back. He has served on school safety committees, coached youth athletics, mentored Lego Robotics teams, and supported local sports programs at Windsor Charter Academy. As a member of the Knights of Columbus, Jason has helped raise funds for local charities and families in need.
Born into a close-knit family of six, Jason learned the importance of hard work, integrity, and common-sense conservative values. He has been an active member of the Weld County GOP since 2020, serving as a Precinct Committee Person and engaging with voters in his community.
Jason lives in Windsor with his wife, Deborah, and their four children. He enjoys family dinners, board games, logic puzzles, cheering on his kids at sporting events, and catching a good college football game with friends and neighbors.
