Evans Planning Commission Meeting

The Evans Planning Commission reviews land-use proposals and advises the City Council on zoning, subdivisions, development, and the city’s long-range plans. Its five members are appointed by the council.
Meetings are generally scheduled for the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at the Evans Community Complex, 1100 37th Street in Evans. The commission may not meet when there are no cases to consider. Check the current agenda or contact the Planning Division before attending.
Public hearings provide an opportunity to comment on the proposals being considered. Agendas and supporting materials are available through the city, and meetings are livestreamed on the City of Evans YouTube channel.
The meetings are public and all are welcome to attend.
