About Dathan Jones…

For more than three decades, Dathan C. Jones has dedicated his life to serving others as a pastor, educator, mentor, business owner, and community leader. Now, he is asking to serve in a new way as a voice for every corner of Colorado.

After living in Denver for 23 years, Dathan made Southern Colorado his home, where he serves as Vice Chair and Acting Chair of the Alamosa County GOP in Congressional District 3. He has spent his life in service to people, not politics. His faith and leadership have earned him the trust of communities across Colorado.

A proud Coloradan, Dathan has climbed the state’s famous fourteeners, visited mountain towns from Minturn to Marble, and calls the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool his “Colorado beach.” Everywhere he goes, he sees the same character: people who work hard, keep their word, and love this state with everything they have.
